Four steps to a booked table

Booking a VIP table at XO Club Dubai runs on one phone number, 052 955 7546, and four short steps.

Step 1: Send your details

Message 052 955 7546 on WhatsApp, or call the same number. Give the date, your expected arrival time, the number of guests and the reason for the night. A birthday, a client evening or friends visiting Dubai are worth naming at once, because the team uses that detail to suggest a suitable table.

Step 2: Review the options

Next, the team checks availability for your date and replies with the table options that fit your group. Each option has its own terms. Read what is included, how long the table is held and whether a deposit applies.

Step 3: Confirm in writing

Once the details suit you, the team confirms your reservation. Keep that message, since it holds the booking name, the arrival time and the terms you agreed. Then share the key points with your guests, so everyone knows the plan.

Step 4: Arrive at the door

On the night, head to the entrance on Marasi Drive, where valet parking waits if you drive. Give the booking name to the door team, and you are shown to your booth. Entry stays subject to venue policy, so every guest should bring valid identification.

What a VIP table includes

A VIP table at XO Club Dubai gives your party its own booth, a dedicated host and a view of the stage for the whole night.

The booths are tiered around the dance floor and face the stage. As a result, the DJ sets, stage dance performances and aerial acrobatic shows play out in front of your seats.

Your table host takes the orders and looks after the party until you leave, so nobody has to queue. At the end, you settle at the table, and cash, credit cards and debit cards are all accepted.

This page covers how to reserve. For the full range of what the venue offers, see VIP tables and hosting at XO Club Dubai, and for a look at the booths before you choose, browse the photos of the main room and stage.

Group sizes and table setups

XO Club Dubai's own booking guide sorts its tables by group size, from couples to parties of twelve or more.

Table setups by group size
Group sizeSetupSuited to
2–4 guestsIntimate VIP tableCouples and small groups who want confirmed seating
5–8 guestsVIP boothBirthdays and group nights with room to gather
8–12 guestsMain floor VIPLarger groups who want to be close to the floor
12+ guestsLarge celebrationBigger occasions, with combined seating planned with the team

These sizes are a guide rather than a rule. The team confirms the final placement for your date, and the Google listing marks the venue as good for groups. For a larger party, read the guide to planning a group night before you send the request.

Deposits and minimum spend

Deposits and minimum spends at XO Club Dubai are quoted per booking, because they depend on the date, the table and your group.

No fixed figure is published for table terms, and an older quote may not apply to your night. So ask the team to state the terms in the confirmation: whether a deposit is needed, how any minimum spend works and whether charges are included.

A minimum spend is a commitment linked to the table, not an entry fee. Individual prices in AED are on the table service price list. For a worked example of reading a quote, the New Year's Eve packages and booking timeline shows what to check.

Celebrations and special requests

Birthdays, reunions and milestone nights are booked the same way, with one extra line in your first message.

Name the occasion and the guest of honour when you write. If you want a presentation at the table, ask before the booking is final, because options differ by night and extra charges can apply. Bringing a cake or any other item also needs approval in advance.

Are guests arriving separately? In that case, ask how their names should be given and whether everyone must arrive within a set time. The birthday planning guide walks through a celebration night in more detail.

Entry policy

A reserved table does not replace the door policy, which applies to every guest in your party.

Guests must be 21 or over. Each person shows an original, physical passport or Emirates ID, and digital copies, photocopies and expired documents are not accepted.

Dress smartly and elegantly. Sportswear, beachwear and casual footwear are out, and men do not wear open-toed shoes, flip-flops or slides. A guest who fails the dress code is turned away even with a confirmed table.

Admission also depends on capacity, sobriety and the behaviour of the group. When the host desk prepares your quote, it reviews your group size and its male-to-female ratio, and it may ask for a card deposit on a weekend booth.

Cakes, decorations and special presentations need advance approval, and additional charges can apply. Ask before the day, and keep every term in writing.

Before your night

On the day itself, a short check with the team keeps the booking on track.

  • Confirm the booking name, the arrival time and the number of guests.
  • Ask how late the table is held if part of the group is delayed.
  • Tell the team straight away if your plans or numbers change.
  • Dress in smart evening wear, and make sure every guest carries valid ID.

Directions and the map pin are on the Marasi Drive location page, and the booking desk contact details list the hours. The XO Club Dubai home page shows the rating at a glance, while the walkthrough of booking a table and the other Business Bay nightlife guides add more planning tips.

Questions before you reserve

Is a deposit needed to confirm a VIP table at XO Club Dubai?

It depends on the night and the table. Any deposit or minimum spend is quoted per booking, so ask the team to put it in writing before you confirm.

Which group sizes can book a VIP table at XO Club Dubai?

Couples and parties of twelve or more can both book. The venue's guide runs from 2–4 guests up to 12+, and the team confirms the setup for your date.

Can I bring a birthday cake to my table at XO Club Dubai?

Only with approval in advance. Ask in your booking message, because presentation options differ by night and extra charges can apply.

Should I get my table terms in writing from XO Club Dubai?

Yes, and the confirmation message is the place for them. It should hold the booking name, the arrival time and how long the table is held for late arrivals.
