Step 1: Pick the date and count your guests

XO Club Dubai opens every day from 5:00 PM until 5:00 AM, so a birthday can fall on any night of the week. Choose the date first, then count everyone who is coming, including friends who plan to join later in the night.

The guest count decides the size of your table. A group of six needs a different booth than a group of twenty, and the team can only hold the right one if the number is accurate when you book.

Step 2: Book ahead on WhatsApp

Send a WhatsApp message with the date, the number of guests and the words birthday booking. You can also call 052 955 7546 during opening hours if you would rather speak to the team.

Booking ahead also puts your group on the guestlist. Guests who book in advance get priority entry, which matters for a birthday group arriving together.

Step 3: Reserve a VIP table for the group

A birthday booking comes with a reserved VIP table, so the group has its own seats for the whole night. The club has private booths in tiered lounge seating around the dance floor, and you can ask for one when you message the team.

Each table has VIP table service. A host looks after your group from the moment you sit down, so nobody has to leave the celebration to place an order.

Step 4: Plan the music and the live performances

Resident DJs play hip-hop, Afrobeats, urban hits and commercial club anthems through the night. Live stage shows run during the evening, and birthday bookings can include live stage performances for the group.

Mention the birthday and the name of the person celebrating in your booking message. The team then knows which table the celebration is at before you arrive.

Step 5: Check the menu and agree a budget

The menu page lists every item with prices in AED. Looking at it before the night helps the group agree on a budget, especially if several people will share the bill.

Prices are subject to service charges and municipality fees, so add those to your estimate. Your host can answer questions about packages on the night.

Step 6: Arrive with valet parking

XO Club Dubai is on the 8th Floor of Sofitel in Downtown Dubai, a short drive from Business Bay. Use the Google Maps pin on the location page to reach the building, and leave the car with the valet at the entrance.

Arrive close to your reservation time so the table is ready and the group can sit down together. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Step 7: Settle the bill by card

Credit and debit cards are accepted, which makes it easy for a group to split the bill at the end of the night. Decide in advance who pays for what, so the last part of the birthday stays simple.
